
Fionn is a long term Central Australian resident, with over 15 years’ experience in senior roles across all levels of Government, non-government, not-for-profit and private sectors. Fionn has a high level of intuition, internal and external stakeholder management skills, as well as the detailed focus required for negotiation, planning and implementation.
As a consultant she has led strategic reviews, business planning processes, organisational reviews, informing improvements to strategy, human resource management, operational, program and all associated systems improvements. She has also guided organisations through complex technical tender writing exercises, grant writing, program design, project planning, project implementation support and workforce development strategies.
As General Manager of Indigenous Engagement with Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia, Fionn worked in partnership with Indigenous communities and stakeholder groups, designing and implementing multiple programs and projects to create economic, training and employment outcomes for Aboriginal people linked to commercial enterprise and cultural tourism.
In senior roles in the Commonwealth Government she facilitated large scale project models, designing project delivery and governance models with Aboriginal organisations as project owners, whilst scaffolding capability building and risk management across each project. Fionn managed compliance, risk management and complex investigations into funded organisations delivering Commonwealth programs and services. Fionn also managed the Victorian Government’s Land Use Activity Agreement Implementation Project, as part of the Victorian Traditional Owner Settlement Act 2010 legislation reform project.
Fionn’s qualifications include Master of Business Administration (current), Graduate Diploma of Management, Graduate Certificate of Management and IAP2 Accreditation.

Darryl is an experienced project manager and site supervisor in technical project and trade environments. He has worked across remote Australia for over 20 years managing large and small projects, sites and teams. Darryl is proudly Central Arrernte.
Darryl worked for Uluru Kata-Tjuta National Park (UKTNP) as Manager Maintenance, where he was responsible for managing maintenance and essential services at UKTNP. In this role, he was required to deliver routine asset maintenance and scheduled maintenance to all UKTNP assets, including staff housing, workshop, machinery, UKTNP Cultural Centre, ablution blocks, UKTNP Headquarters, Visitor Entry Station, as well as overseeing all essential services including bores, sewerage, water mains and other essential services to all Parks assets and the Mutitjulu community.
He analysed the needs of the assets, managing their maintenance and operations through scheduling daily, weekly, monthly and routine maintenance and operations. He also led the design, procurement and delivery of major projects, including electrical, plumbing and structural upgrades to UKTNP staff housing, and upgrades to three major ablution blocks in UKTNP.
Darryl also managed a team of Anangu staff, including supporting a range of entry level pre-employment program staff, developing their confidence and skills to engage in work activities within the park. During 20 years as a qualified glazier, Darryl also developed and supported the growth and development of several trade apprentices in the industry.
Darryl’s qualifications include Certificate IV in Project Management (current), Certificate III in Glass and Glazing, Certificate II in Remote Area Essential Services, as well as holding a current White Card.

As Principal Consultant, Anna leads with a relationship-building approach to achieve outcomes for our clients. This is backed by her extensive experience, a passion for grass-roots community development and knowledge that genuine partnership is always required.
Anna has partnered with communities, leadership groups and all levels of government to support the structuring and development of unique visions, planning and implementation to deliver real outcomes for almost 20 years, with more than 15 of those years working in the regional and remote Northern Territory context.
She has held senior roles across the not-for-profit sector, academia, government and private sector. She has expertise in robust community consultation, program and social policy development, staff management and research and evaluation. She has delivered community-led place-based projects with sustainable long-term impact in the youth, family and kinship, education, alcohol and other drugs (AOD) and social policy sectors.
Anna prides herself of taking the right time to do things properly, and making sure the priorities of communities, individuals, governments and other stakeholders are well-aligned.
