Our partnership with cloud-based platform Happy HR aims to support SMEs to have access to a HRMS that actually works for them, provides a high level of confidence and that helps to create a happier, more productive workplace. We tailor our approach for each client depending on their needs, ensuring a high level of understanding and buy in to support a sustainable and maintainable solution for our client. Our tailored approach includes support with policy and procedure reviews to ensure they are fit-for-purpose, employee recruitment including the development of employment contracts, employee onboarding and performance management and other support as required by the individual client.
We designed this bespoke service offering as part of our broader Human Resource support after we identified a gap in how the SMEs we were working and connecting with were managing their human resource requirements.
To date, we have supported four clients to design and implement a HRMS through Happy HR and have seen an increased demand in SMEs looking for a user-friendly service such as this.
